BATA SHOE MUSEUM
role
DESIGN LEAD
The Bata Shoe Museum is one of Toronto’s hidden gems, known for its unique architecture and intriguing collection. To celebrate its story, we created a design book that captured the vision of founder Sonja Bata and architect Raymond Moriyama.
As Design Lead, I oversaw the layout and creative direction of the book. It combined rare architectural drawings, archival photographs, and artifacts, weaving them into a cohesive narrative. The project highlighted the museum’s cultural significance while giving visitors and design enthusiasts a keepsake that felt as special as the building itself.
